Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at DameExpress!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

 

Eligibility for refunds and exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular priced items can be refunded; Sales items cannot be refunded.

 

Changes (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to our contact.

 

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or is missing a part for reasons that were not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method, within a certain number of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially released.

If you have done all this and have not yet received your refund, please contact us.

 

Shipment

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your changed product to reach you may vary.

Please note that we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
